– Combo modchip kit from Consoles Unleashed:
Switchless Region Free – Allows you to swap easily between USA, Europe and Japan regions for ultimate compatibility with every single genesis/megadrive game and accessory
In Game Reset – Allows you to easily reboot the Genesis to the splash screen of the current game, or even more conveniently back to the menu if you are using a flash cart (such as the Mega EverDrive or MegaSD)
Dual Frequency Oscillator – Seamlessly switch between 50 and 60hz refresh modes for compatibility with all games and TV’s of any region
– All capacitors have been replaced with high quality nichicon caps from Console5.com. With a fresh set of caps you won’t have to worry about any failing and causing damage or degraded performance of audio/video
– System and controller have been deep cleaned inside and out to remove dust, debris and residue from circuit boards, RF shielding and plastic shell/components.
I will include a printed instruction sheet for the Modchip (for changing regions and using the in-game-reset function) from Consoles Unleashed
*NOTE* – Towards the console side of the controller cable there is a small tear and exposed section of the controller cable wire. Its all inside of the rubber braid and none of the wires have been compromised or are directly exposed / at risk of further damage but figured it was worth mentioning anyways, for sake of being transparent on condition.
