You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into each of his jobs. I had the Jaguar modified with the Zaxour Jaguar 64 BP mod kit as well as the console recapped. My Jaguar video output has never looked so good! Also, my Jaguar CD had a failing latch mechanism and Jeff even offers to service that. When that service is paired with his optical drive maintenance and recap services, the CD unit now works better than when it was new! “I sent him several kits to install into my Japanese Model 2 VA-SD Saturn and even requested he swap out the shell with a Green&Blue&Purple shell from Retro.Cool. Throughout the process he kept me in the loop with pictures and status updates, so I never felt in the dark. It only took him a few days to finish building the Ultimate Sega Saturn and only a few more days for the box to arrive safely. As always, Jeff made sure to that my Ultimate Saturn was packed well to ensure it was protected from any possible damage that USPS may cause. I could no longer hold back the anticipation, so I immediately plugged up the Saturn as I wanted to see how well it worked.
