General
- By submitting an order, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item(s) or have permission to authorize the requested services.
- These services may void any existing manufacturer warranties on your device.
- All communication regarding your order will be conducted through the contact information you provide at checkout.
Services Provided
- We offer repairs, modifications, and upgrades to retro gaming consoles and handheld systems. We are not responsible for defects, issues, or prior tampering unrelated to the services we provide.
- Modding services may alter the hardware or software, and the customer accepts the risk that such modifications may affect future functionality or void warranties.
Customer Responsibilities
- You must back up any data or save files on your device prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any data loss.
- Ensure the correct item is sent and that the issue is accurately described. Sending incorrect items may result in extra fees or return without service.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is required upfront and includes service, parts, and shipping.
- Refunds are only issued if the service has not yet been performed. If you cancel your order, the refund will be provided minus a non-refundable transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
- No refunds are issued once the service is completed. In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered if the item cannot be repaired.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Warranty and Repairs Policy
- We provide a limited warranty of 90 days on repairs and modifications, covering only the services performed.
- If an issue related to our service arises within the warranty period, we will correct it free of charge.
- This warranty does not cover damages caused by future mishandling, misuse, or further modifications.
- This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable if the item is sold or given to a third party.
Limitation of Liability
- We package items securely, but we are not responsible for damage during shipping. Consider using insured shipping services.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for lost time, lost data, or indirect damages caused by the device or its use.
Shipping Policy
- Customers are responsible for shipping items to us, including all associated costs. We recommend using tracked and insured services to minimize risk.
- Once the service is complete, we will return the item to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
Disputes and Governing Law
- Any disputes related to these services will be governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire.
- By using our services, you agree to these terms and waive the right to pursue claims in other jurisdictions.
Changes to These Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on my website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
